Note on Registration Information: If you fail to provide the required examination information, your access to the website's content or services may be partially or fully blocked. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We guarantee that this information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.

4. User Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that your use of the Service will comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations under the Constitution of India and any other relevant jurisdictions. This includes laws regarding online conduct, acceptable content, and the transmission of exported data. Furthermore, you warrant that you either own or have created any material you submit to us, and you have the legal right to grant Vaagaivel Academy a license to use it.

5. Inappropriate Use

This serves as an aggregate limit, and multiple claims will not increase this maximum limit.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided within the Service.

Activity Data does not include materials you submit for translation. 13. Refund Policy

Individual requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If your request is deemed eligible, the approved refund amount will be processed within one month of receiving the cancellation request. All payments for the Service are received and processed securely through our designated payment gateway. Accordingly, any eligible refunds will be credited directly back to the original payment method used during the transaction via that same payment gateway. Please note that once a refund is initiated by Vaagaivel Academy, the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or the payment provider's standard processing times.

14. Copyright Violations

If you believe that any material on our Service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Please provide our Agent for Notice with the following written information:

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaagaivel Academy.

Severability: If a court finds any provision unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to ensure the rest of the agreement remains in full force.

Waivers and Assignment: A waiver of any specific breach does not constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches. Vaagaivel Academy may assign its rights and obligations under these terms without condition. These terms remain binding upon successors and permitted assigns of both parties.
